Sarah Nathans

Director of Operations and Client Relations

Sarah serves as Director of Operations and Client Relations for PMA and the Director of Operations for the AAFP. She supports our clients by helping to manage and coordinate operations and concentrating on executing new programs and key industry initiatives. Sarah leads project-specific programs to enhance the mission, reach, and objectives of the Association. In 2022, she also earned a certificate in Digital Marketing from Association Academy.

Prior to joining PMA, Sarah worked for the YMCA in various roles including Branch Executive Director Senior Program Director, and Child Care Quality Advisor. She has over 15 years of experience with association operations, program development, project management, and working with volunteers, committees, and non-profit Boards. Sarah graduated from Boston College with a degree in Political Science and then spent a year in Spokane, WA working at the Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery as part of the Jesuit Volunteer Corp. She has three high school/college aged children and serves on the Board of Education in her town.
