Damien Salamacha, CAE, is the Association Manager for the Association of Geohazard Professionals (AGHP) and the Marketing and Communications Manager for the International Society of Pharmacometrics (ISoP). In these roles, Damien focuses on empowering small-staff associations to maximize their resources for driving growth and innovation. His expertise lies in integrating membership growth with strategic marketing initiatives.
Damien earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential in 2025 from the Canadian Society of Association Executives. He is also a Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) through the Digital Marketing Institute and holds the Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) designation from the American Marketing Association.
