Tara Gonzalez

Events & Client Services

Tara joined PMA in 2009 after working for seven years as an entrepreneur managing over 85 independent sales associates in a customer service-oriented environment.
 
Tara graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration, and while she has held various positions throughout her career, it was her time as the Director of Meeting Services for one of Hilton’s 5 Diamond properties that gave her a unique perspective and knowledge of both the client side as well as the venue side of meetings, trade shows, galas, and events.
 
Currently Tara serves as Client Service Representative for the Drywall and Interior Systems Contractors Association and provides hands-on, specialized customer service in all areas of the association ranging from member service, membership meetings, golf outings, and events to board-specific concierge services, travel arrangements, meetings, and itineraries.
